Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years progressive accounting experience (public accounting and industry experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems (NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP)
- Experience with reconciliations, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
- Analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close to deliver timely, accurate financial results
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Identify accounting issues, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, Tax, Compliance and other teams on accounting treatment of complex transactions
- Assist with global consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
- Support external and internal audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
- Partner with business leaders to analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
- Stay current on accounting standards and assess impacts on policies and reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA preferred or progress toward certification strongly preferred
