We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager with 1–2 years of administrative or office coordination experience to join our team in California. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career while playing a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Oversee general office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution.
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical.
Assist with onboarding new employees and office orientations.
Liaise with HR and finance departments on office-related support tasks.
Ensure compliance with California workplace safety and employment standards.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with California labor and office compliance laws is a plus.
