Skills
- Scheduling and production/operations planning
- Experience with building/infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, generators)
- Proficiency with Jira and production scheduler applications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; ability to build queries and metrics
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and inventory/forecasting processes
- Ability to read and provide feedback on facility designs and maintenance operations
- Experience with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement methods
Responsibilities
- Manage intake, control, communication and scheduling for maintenance and infrastructure projects
- Serve as primary external communicator to clients and internal stakeholders for department activities
- Forecast demand, optimize ordering strategies, and manage inventory for high-consumption parts
- Use Jira and other tools to schedule, prioritize work, and allocate resources
- Create and maintain master schedules with input from engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and business teams
- Track and report schedule performance, KPIs, safety, quality, labor trends, and operating expenses
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement permanent resolutions for recurring issues
- Coordinate with suppliers and technicians to identify substitutes for obsolete or long lead-time components
- Oversee trade partners and design engineering solutions for onsite facilities infrastructure
- Plan and resource projects to improve processes, lead times, and operational efficiency
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Or 4+ years of experience in supply chain, production, engineering, or project management
