As a Strategic Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the integration and operational excellence of retirement plan systems. You will collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and optimize system functionality. Working in a fully remote environment, you will manage critical projects, develop templates and SOPs, and oversee quality control measures. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to client satisfaction while helping the organization scale efficiently. Your work will impact the accuracy and effectiveness of retirement plan administration and ensure seamless system integrations.

Accountabilities:

• Support the timely integration of external platforms and internal tools, including importing, transforming, and validating data.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to identify and implement system improvements, including maximizing PensionPro capabilities.
• Maintain and develop project templates, SOPs, and project timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Provide quality control for communications, data batching, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Consolidate and manage acquiring company recordkeeper data and authorized user access.
• Identify process improvements and provide solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Document workflows and train employees on system access and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in retirement services or financial services preferred.
• Proficiency with PensionPro, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and familiarity with SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Knowledge of retirement plan cycles, plan adoption agreements, and government form processing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and identify and mitigate project risks.
