Business Development Manager

Northspyre is a venture-backed SaaS company transforming how real estate teams manage complex projects using data, automation, and AI. We're seeking a strategic, process-driven Business Development Manager to own the BDA playbook, coach inbound and outbound teams, drive pipeline generation, and scale the business development function.

Skills

  • B2B SaaS sales and pipeline generation experience
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills for front-line sales teams
  • Strong process design and playbook optimization capability
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy
  • Familiarity with modern prospecting and sales tools (CRMs, intent, engagement platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Own, optimize, and evolve the BDA playbook across targeting, process, and messaging
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inbound and outbound Business Development Associates
  • Manage team-level pipeline generation targets and conversion metrics
  • Scale the BDA function, including hiring, onboarding, and retention
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives on territory and account prioritization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on team performance and market insights
  • Ensure full adoption and optimization of the tech stack (CRM, intent, engagement, data tools)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required)
  • Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus but not required
