The base annual salary range for this position is $135k - $150k.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be innovative and results-driven, with a desire to exceed customer expectations. Exceptional business acumen with attention to detail, forecast accuracy, and budget preparation. Focused on revenue generation with differentiating strategies. A leader and active member of the team, handling high-profile events. The role will lead all Catering, Conference Services & Event Management functions at Mauna Lani, including leading all team members within the Event Management department. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Education:
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. College degree preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years experience as a Director of Catering and Event Management in a full-service resort or hotel, with experience handling incentives, weddings, and the social market.
