Solutions Engineer

Mesh is a fast-growing global payments network for crypto that connects exchanges, wallets, and financial platforms to enable seamless digital asset payments and conversions. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to grow our pre- and post-sales implementation practice, act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams, create industry playbooks, and accelerate customer onboarding and adoption across payments, wallets, exchanges, and iGaming.

Skills

  • Proven experience with RESTful APIs and SDK integrations
  • Hands-on coding ability for integration troubleshooting and demos
  • Familiarity with analytics and observability tools (Datadog, Amplitude)
  • Experience using CRM/enablement tooling such as Gong and internal tooling (Pylon, Kapa)
  • Knowledge of crypto, blockchain concepts, and fintech regulatory considerations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
  • Experience with AI/automation to build self-service solutions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical consultant to prospects and customers, building trust to drive rapid implementation and adoption
  • Design and implement pre- and post-sales solutions, documentation, analytics, and processes that accelerate sales and onboarding
  • Optimize internal tools and data (Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude) and AI-powered self-service to improve workflows and conversion
  • Guide customer engineering teams on API and SDK implementation best practices to reduce timelines and broaden rollouts
  • Triage and resolve technical issues between customers and internal product/engineering teams to maintain implementation momentum
  • Manage multiple active customers/prospects, providing technical guidance and removing blockers to ensure speed-to-market
  • Create industry-specific playbooks and implementation guides to accelerate onboarding and drive usage
  • Identify product and process innovations from customer implementations to improve platform adoption
  • Lead technical deep dives with Account Executives to overcome implementation barriers
  • Monitor usage metrics and optimize conversion rates and customer value, reporting updates to stakeholders
  • Travel occasionally (~monthly) for strategic customers, company meetings, or industry events

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant technical or industry certifications a plus
  • Practical experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, support engineering, or similar roles
