Montgomery College is seeking a skilled and collaborative Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employment to lead and manage the day-to-day recruitment operations across the College. This is a managerial role responsible for overseeing and coordinating hiring efforts, supervising and developing recruitment staff, and providing recruiting services and guidance to internal stakeholders, including academic departments, administrators, faculty, and staff.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. This is an exempt, non-bargaining, grade 33 position. Hiring Range: $86,709-$119,224 annually. Initial salary placement for new hires falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range and is based on relevant candidate experience and internal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $151,741.
