Senior Strategic Alliances Manager

LogicGate is a global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, delivering the Risk Cloud® platform to help enterprises manage risk and compliance at scale. We're looking for a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager to own and grow relationships with North American reseller partners, drive partner-led pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize partner performance and revenue.

  • Tech-savvy with quick adoption of SaaS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with North American reseller/VAR partners, serving as the primary LogicGate contact.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans and quarterly reviews to deepen traction and drive ROI.
  • Deliver sales training and enablement to partner sales teams to ensure accurate value proposition and qualification.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align partnership goals and go-to-market activities.
  • Oversee account mapping and joint selling motions between LogicGate and partner organizations.
  • Work with Channel Marketing to design and run partner marketing programs tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline, assist with qualification, and support deal closing as needed.
  • Track partner performance, analyze metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations to optimize partner effectiveness.
  • Proactively resolve partner conflicts and surface learnings to improve processes and policies.
  • Meet or exceed channel sales quotas and regularly report on partner progress and forecasts.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required
