Business Development Manager

Mishimoto, a global leader in aftermarket performance cooling products and the flagship brand of Resource Intl., is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow B2B sales across the Western US and Canada. The role focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships through in-person visits, trade-show representation, territory management, and coaching customers on product value.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and grow sales with current and prospective B2B accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person visits to present product lines, share brand expertise, and demonstrate product value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms consistent with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal sales to establish and onboard new accounts smoothly.
  • Provide customer education, training, and ongoing support on promotions and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account details.
  • Represent Mishimoto at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Travel frequently (domestic and international) to service accounts and attend events; other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Preferably background or experience in automotive aftermarket or related industries
