Strategic Account Executive

Elite provides a cloud-native SaaS platform that unifies financial, invoice, time, and data management for the world’s largest law firms. The company is seeking a senior, quota-carrying Strategic Account Executive to win new logos within Elite’s most strategic, complex, and high-value target accounts, leading multi-year enterprise sales cycles with C-suite and partnership-led organizations.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with large, multi-million-dollar deals and long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to C-suite and partnership-led organizations; strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced ROI modeling and value articulation to build firm-level business cases.
  • Mastery of Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Strategic hunter mindset with ability to manage ambiguity and operate in structured, high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own new-logo acquisition for a defined set of Elite’s most strategic target accounts (large, global, multi-office law firms).
  • Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles with managing partners, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and executive committees.
  • Develop deep account strategies: stakeholder mapping, political alignment, risk mitigation, and multi-threaded engagement.
  • Drive transformational opportunities from discovery through close on 12–24+ month sales cycles.
  • Build and present data-driven business cases quantifying operational, financial, and strategic ROI at the firm level.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Professional Services on proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through finance, operations, and technology modernization decisions.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Elite’s platform, competitive landscape, and macro trends affecting large law firms.
  • Forecast and manage pipeline with precision and ensure disciplined deal inspection via Salesforce.
  • Represent Elite at senior-level industry forums, executive briefings, and strategic client events.
  • Provide mentorship and deal leadership to Senior Account Executives to elevate enterprise selling capability.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
