Job Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers to placing qualified candidates in suitable roles. This role will interact with various business leaders and Hiring Managers in Property Management. The Recruiter will take a proactive partnership approach with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen and attract diverse talent.
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Create job requisitions/job postings and ensure the ATS is up to date.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
Actively seek out potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Research job seekers and invite them to apply for relevant positions.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable matches.
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
Communicate effectively and provide regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Five (5) + years recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment and/or recruitment search firm.
Experience in student housing or multifmilty industry is highly desirable.
Experience with HRIS/ATS platform is required. Workday is preferred.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
