Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries via HR mailbox with clear HR guidance.
- Administer and support HR systems such as WorkHuman ensuring data accuracy and good user experience.
- Submit accurate employee change requests including manager and title updates.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Support employee data management across HR systems ensuring consistency and integrity.
- Serve as backup to HR Operations Specialist during absences or increased workload.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes while maintaining compliance.
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
