We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused Talent & Recruiting Coordinator to support our efforts in attracting, hiring, and developing top talent. This role will be split between recruitment coordination and training support—helping manage job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews while also supporting employee learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate and employee experience. Bachelor’s degree is desired. Emphasis in Human Resources or Business is preferred. Associate’s degree plus 2 years of direct Human Resources experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
