Wonderschool is looking for a part-time Field Recruiter in Florida to engage with community organizations, identify potential child care providers, and promote the benefits of starting a child care business with Wonderschool.
Responsibilities: Develop relationships with community organizations, build a pipeline of child care providers, represent Wonderschool at events, and maintain records of recruitment efforts.
Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship building, sales, community outreach, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications: Experience in SMB sales or grassroots organizing, flexibility for evening and weekend events, adaptability, and a passion for early childhood education.
Location: Florida, specifically for these counties: Clay, St. Johns, Putnam, Bradford, Baker, Nassau.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $20 - $30 per hour.

About the Role: Wonderschool is seeking a part-time field recruiter (approximately 10 hours per week) to build relationships with community organizations and individuals and to identify prospective providers who are interested in starting new child care businesses. In this role, you would attend and present at workshops and meetings, as well as identify and source leads on your own. You should be an exceptional communicator, adept at building relationships and identifying opportunities, and skilled at engaging with key stakeholders to identify and solve critical business challenges. You should already have a strong professional network, ideally in education/early childhood education, in Michigan.
