The Faculty Talent Manager in the Tickle College of Engineering is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive faculty talent management programs. This position drives professional development, compensation strategies, external awards nominations, and faculty recruitment and retention efforts.
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs, the Faculty Talent Manager will develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop faculty talent within the Tickle College of Engineering. This role leads initiatives and creates the program for faculty professional development, oversees compensation structures and strategies, coordinates faculty award nominations, and supports recruitment processes.
