POSITION DESCRIPTION

Sayari is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this contract role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across a variety of R&D functions, including Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Security Engineering, and Product. You'll work closely with our Senior TA Partner for R&D and various hiring managers, building robust pipelines of qualified candidates.


This is a contract position, requiring 30-40 hours per week. We prefer candidates located on the East Coast to best support our team, including occasional cross-time zone collaboration with our office in London.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Conduct initial outreach and compelling candidate pitches that highlight Sayari's mission and opportunities.
  • Review and assess resumes from our ATS (currently Lever, moving over to Greenhouse) to identify suitable candidates.
  • Perform initial screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and position fit.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future R&D hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior TA Partner and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.


Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on data engineering and/or software engineering roles.
  • Proven proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate identification and outreach.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing effective Boolean search strings and other creative sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and building rapport with technical professionals.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, data analytics, or open-source intelligence industry is a plus.


$30 - $40 an hour
