Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for setting up and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), vetting candidates, and ensuring smooth and efficient hiring practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with outbound dialing, screening applicants, and managing the hiring process using an ATS. This role will be essential in helping the company scale by hiring qualified individuals for key positions.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Setup & Management:

    • Set up and manage the ATS, ensuring all candidate data is properly organized and easily accessible.

    • Move candidate information from spreadsheets into the ATS and maintain an organized database.

    • Track job postings and manage applications throughout the hiring process.

  • Candidate Outreach & Screening:

    • Conduct outbound dialing to follow up with applicants who have applied, ensuring they move forward in the hiring process.

    • Vet candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for the company.

    • Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the process, answering any questions and facilitating next steps.

  • Job Posting & Application Management:

    • Manage job postings across various platforms and ensure they are up-to-date and optimized.

    • Screen candidates based on resumes, application responses, and initial interviews.

    • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth transition from interview to hiring.

  • Recruitment Communication & Coordination:

    • Provide timely and clear communication to candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps.

    • Organize interviews, schedule callbacks, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

  • ATS Proficiency: Proficiency in setting up and managing an ATS, and experience moving data from spreadsheets to the system.

  • Sales Skills: Ability to proactively reach out to candidates through outbound calls and follow up on applications.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple job postings, applications, and candidate communication simultaneously.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.

  • Motivation & Independence: Self-sufficient, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Efficiently managing the ATS and keeping candidate information organized and up-to-date.

  • Successfully vetting and moving candidates through the recruitment pipeline, ensuring qualified individuals are hired.

  • Maintaining clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal teams.

  • Meeting or exceeding recruitment goals for hiring timelines and quality of candidates.
