Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and improve conversions. This hands-on role will focus on B2B brand acquisition, specifically targeting high-performing brands on Amazon. The manager will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, optimizing outreach systems, and creating impactful copy. The role reports directly to the leadership team and will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Developing Overall Strategy
Design and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and improve conversions.
Own all aspects of the funnel, including copywriting, ads, landing pages, and content creation.
Explore organic and paid social media strategies, including testing Google and LinkedIn ads for lead generation effectiveness.
Create and optimize landing pages to improve lead capture rates.
Revamp cold outreach systems like email to achieve higher engagement and conversion rates.
Write persuasive copy for emails, ads, and landing pages to enhance conversions.
Lead Generation & Brand Acquisition
Identify and target Amazon brands with $100k+ monthly revenue that lack attention to their Amazon presence.
Utilize tools like Smart Scout to filter and qualify potential leads based on revenue ranges, stock rates, and seller criteria.
Build and optimize lead generation systems to ensure consistent lead flow.
Market Differentiation & Brand Authority
Build the company’s authority in the marketplace by showcasing the unique value of Amazon channel management.
Differentiate the company’s services from competitors by highlighting comprehensive logistics and advertising offerings.
Implement strategies to increase the visibility and reputation of the company's Amazon brand partnerships.
Strategy Development & Execution
Design and refine marketing strategies for B2B brand acquisition, focusing on Amazon and wholesale distribution.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to overcome competition and market saturation challenges.
Provide hands-on execution, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented across cold calling and email outreach.
Measurable Impact & Results
Demonstrate past experience in hitting growth KPIs, including lead generation, conversions, and brand acquisition targets.
Own the full funnel and ensure all aspects of the marketing process are aligned for maximum impact.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
Experience in e-commerce or Amazon brand management is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in outreach strategies, including email campaigns and lead generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing data and pivot strategies when necessary.
Familiarity with tools like Smart Scout, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Solid understanding of the Amazon marketplace, retail distribution, and e-commerce trends.
