Pros
As I am still very new to my position, so far I am truly enjoying everything I am learning here as well as all the wonderful new people I get to meet daily. I feel that WinnCompany does have my best interest in mind and is totally setting me up for nothing but a very successful future within my role as the property manager here at this beautiful community-based complex. As I get to meet and know some of the many staff members and some of the upper management personnel that aren't in my day-to-day sights, I am finding that each and every one of them are extremely knowledgeable, always very helpful, and also always so friendly to me when I call on them for any answers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great job working for a top-notch company that truly cares about their employees to not hesitate and go view the available positions that are open and currently being hired for on the WinnCompany website!Cons
