WinnCompanies is looking for a Property Manager II to join our team at Cottage Brook Apartments, a 149-unit affordable housing community located in Dorchester, MA.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
The salary range offered for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with a potential 10% annual bonus based on experience and performance.
Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, with on-call activity as needed.
