What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer to help us scale our team by identifying, engaging, and coordinating with top-tier talent.
This role is an entrypoint into Infisical's talent function, focused on sourcing talent, which will over time grow into a broader recruiting position with full-cycle responsibilities. In this highly challenging role, you'll be expected to help us win the talent war by identifying, attracting, and winning over the best talent.
You'll work directly with our founders to:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, etc.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and recruiting coordination processes.
Experiment with creative sourcing techniques.
Requirements
Given the nature of this being a new grad role, we don't expect any or significant experience in recruiting (we’ll teach it all) but we do expect you to possess the following qualities given the rigor of recruiting:
Extreme hunger for challenge, growth, and a winning mindset.
High urgency — you're reliable and show up to the occasion when there's a calling for it.
Exceptional attention to detail and eager to learn.
A bias toward action—you're able to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.

Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
How You’ll Grow
As a talent sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping who gets considered to join Infisical — and by extension, who gets the opportunity to help build it. As we scale the team, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role and take ownership over:
Recruiting across multiple functions and geographies: source, engage, and close top-tier talent.
Managing our recruiting stack including ATS platform (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, etc.
Build and lead a recruiting team.
Develop Infisical's brand and hiring processes and strategies from ground up.
