We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help scale our growing portfolio of engineering, AI, and product hires across multiple early-stage companies. You’ll play a pivotal role in building technical teams from the ground up, sourcing, pitching, and closing exceptional talent.
This is not a reactive recruiting role. It’s a strategic, high-impact position where you’ll partner directly with founders, hiring managers, and operators to shape team structure, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience.

Own end-to-end recruiting for high-priority technical roles across tech (AI/ML, Product, Data Science, Development, etc).
Build and nurture pipelines of passive candidates through creative outreach, talent mapping, and market research
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define profiles, and calibrate on quality
Write compelling outreach messages and pitch our startups with clarity, insight, and enthusiasm
Conduct screening calls and assess for technical depth, trajectory, and startup fit
Track candidate data, metrics, and pipeline health using our ATS (Ashby)
Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience from first touch through close
Share insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
Collaborate on employer brand and recruiting content where helpful
Contribute to refining and evolving our recruiting playbook
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 1 year in a staffing/agency or search firm environment
Experience hiring for engineering, data, and product roles - ideally for startups or high-growth tech companies
Proficiency in sourcing tools and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, etc.)
Deep understanding of technical skill sets, stacks, and startup hiring signals
Strong communication and storytelling skills, you can pitch the mission, not just the job
Comfortable juggling multiple searches, tight timelines, and shifting priorities
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby Experience a plus)
High EQ, strong follow-through, and a low-ego, team-first mentality
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon work experience, and/or skill level, among other things.
