Wonderschool is looking for a Head of Provider Account Management to lead revenue growth and manage a high-performing team focused on provider success in the child care sector. Responsibilities: The role involves driving revenue growth, managing provider accounts, developing payment strategies, and implementing scalable systems for onboarding and account management.
Skills: Candidates should have experience in marketplace operations, revenue ownership, familiarity with financial services, and strong analytic skills including marketplace metrics like NRR, LTV, and CSAT.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a founder mindset, technical background, and comfort with AI and automation tools; strategic execution and financial coaching ability are essential.
Location: This position is based in San Francisco, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $160,000 - $220,000.
