Responsibilities
- Manage renewal and upsell meetings with nonprofit partners, focusing on their goals
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure partner retention
- Identify and address challenges proactively to support scalable growth
- Communicate partner needs clearly across multiple internal teams
- Use project management systems to track renewal progress
- Stay current with customer success best practices and apply them
- Operate in alignment with FreeWill’s values of focus, joy, kindness, and courage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
