Senior Recruiter

BarkleyOKRP is a vibrant creative advertising agency with over 800 professionals focused on shaping the future of advertising through bold ideas and collaboration. They are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the talent team to recruit top talent across creative, media, and other departments, helping build diverse, dynamic teams.

Skills

  • Proficient full-cycle recruiting skills focusing on creative and marketing roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Behance, and other creative platforms.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently.
  • Passion for creative industries and understanding of agency environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for various roles across creative, media, and other departments.
  • Source and engage creative talent using knowledge of the creative space and digital platforms.
  • Expand recruiting efforts to include media, strategy, production, and operations roles as needed.
  • Deliver an engaging and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR and the talent team to support hiring goals and attract best-in-class talent.
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing BarkleyOKRP in the talent marketplace.
