Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and operations to forecast hiring needs and define trainer profiles
- Build and execute SLA-driven recruiting plans to meet demand
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job ad creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Employ high-velocity sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, niche forums, and Boolean/X-ray searches
- Maintain a warm bench of qualified candidates for rapid deployment
- Ensure world-class candidate experience through clear communication and coordination
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and candidate NPS and present weekly insights
