In the last 12 months, we've scaled well into mid 7-figure revenue with ~20% monthly growth. We have 2,000+ customers including Patreon, Replit, Perplexity, and leading AI labs.

We’ve raised a Series A from top VCs to scale even faster and position us as the category leader in AI recruiting. We will share more on the call.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Founding Recruiter to help build out our team across both technical and non-technical roles, and play a visible role in shaping the future of recruiting itself.

This isn’t a traditional recruiting role. Juicebox is an AI sourcing platform used by thousands of recruiters, founders, and talent leaders, which means as our first in-house recruiter, you’ll become a visible leader in the recruiting community, working at the center of where modern sourcing and AI intersect.

You’ll help shape how we show up externally, through content, community, and candidate experience, to make Juicebox the top destination for top-tier talent in AI.

  • High leverage: From backend engineers to GTM leads, you’ll recruit across every function. Your work will shape the trajectory of the company, and you’ll see the impact immediately.

You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles (either in-house or agency)

  • Have a strong personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn presence, trusted network, respected by peers)

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication - you can make a candidate feel seen and understood

  • Thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments

  • Care deeply about quality and candidate experience

  • Are excited to work in-office 5 days a week with the team in SF

Nice to Have

  • Have worked with early-stage startups (Seed - Series B) or in-house at high-growth companies

  • Familiar with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets

  • Enjoy writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work
