The Opportunity:
Mattel is looking for a Manager PCBP to work closely with business leaders to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans that attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent. We are trusted advisors, and we empower our teams to reach their goals.
This position is based in El Segundo, California and is responsible for supporting the [insert business unit] organization. Reporting into the VP People Business Partner, this role offers strong internal mobility opportunities, with a clear path toward broader leadership within the Global People & Culture function.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
