NSO Recruiter
Description
As an NSO Recruiter, you will play a key role in the successful launch of new retail locations by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions. You’ll partner closely with field leadership and HR teams to execute hiring strategies that ensure each store opens fully staffed with high-performing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with store managers and district leaders to assess hiring needs for upcoming openings
- Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract high-quality candidates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including sales associates, shift leads, and store managers
- Organize and execute hiring events, virtual job fairs, and bulk interview days
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline using ATS and CRM tools
- Provide ongoing updates and metrics to NSO leadership and HR stakeholders
- Coordinate with training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and readiness for store launch
- Support multiple store openings simultaneously, often across multiple regions
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume retail, hospitality, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Ability to travel occasionally to support on-site hiring events
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships with field teams
- Passionate about creating outstanding candidate experiences
