Responsibilities: Oversee the recruiting function, optimize processes for efficiency, leverage data for hiring improvements, collaborate across teams, enhance employer branding, and provide strategic and tactical leadership.
Skills: 10+ years in talent acquisition, experience scaling tech hiring, strong data-driven process design, knowledge of ATS platforms, expertise in AI integration, and ability to mentor teams.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years leading talent acquisition teams, proven success in high-growth environments, and building employer branding strategies.
Location: Remote work possible within the USA with no travel requirements specified.
Compensation: $175000 - $210000 / Annually

Director of Talent
As the Director of Talent, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for our quickly scaling company. Operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruiting strategy, fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional “customers”, and leveraging data to enhance our hiring processes. Your expertise in technology, including the use of AI, will be crucial in ensuring the function operates at the highest level. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires both strategic foresight and tactical excellence in a fast-moving tech environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow intentionally, effectively, and at pace.
