Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for the Intake Team.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records and manage communications.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, to track applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate fit.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
