Executive Assistant to the CEO

Via is a technology-driven transportation company transforming transit globally. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a strategic partner, managing complex schedules, communications, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as a right-hand partner to the CEO, extending their time, energy, and judgment
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple time zones
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, briefs, and follow-ups for high-stakes meetings
  • Facilitate internal communications and support executive alignment across teams
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day executive operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support initiatives and troubleshoot blockers
  • Build and refine scalable administrative processes for executive functions

Education

  • No specific degree mandated; equivalent experience highly valued
