Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive - REMOTE (anywhere in the US)

Knock is a fast-growing proptech company reinventing the homebuying and selling experience with its Knock Bridge Loan™. We are looking for a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to build and scale lender and agent partnerships nationwide, drive loan application volume, and contribute to a high-performing remote team.

Skills

  • Proven quota-carrying wholesale or mortgage sales experience with measurable results
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Relationship-building and partner enablement expertise
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working effectively on fully remote, distributed teams
  • Ability to use CRM and sales analytics to track performance and inform strategy

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly goals for new business and loan application volume in an assigned territory
  • Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert loan officers, branch managers, and agents into active Knock partners
  • Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of strategic accounts to deepen engagement and increase application volume
  • Drive a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through partner enablement, outreach, and education
  • Host trainings, workshops, and regular check-ins with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and support to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience
  • Lead initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications
  • Champion collaboration and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
