Berman & Simmons is seeking a Director, Finance & Human Resources to be based in Lewiston, Maine. The DFHR directs the firm’s financial planning, reporting and accounting practices, as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community. The DFHR is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Accounting, IT, Facilities and Service departments. The DFHR is also a strategic and operational leader responsible for HR operations and advancing the firm’s people strategy. Serving as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, the DFHR ensures the firm operates efficiently and in alignment with its mission, values, and ethical responsibilities.
