Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for assigned hardware and engineering roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, closing).
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define talent needs and design hiring strategies and interview frameworks.
- Source passive candidates using creative channels and collaborate with sourcing team to build pipelines for avionics, propulsion, GNC, and structural engineering.
- Advise interviewers and hiring teams on evaluation, equitable interview processes, and candidate experience best practices.
- Analyze recruiting funnel metrics, propose process improvements, and research/implement tools to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
