Associate Recruiter (Remote - US)

This Associate Recruiter role plays a key part in building high-performing teams that directly impact patient and client care within the chronic care management sector. You will manage sourcing, candidate engagement, and onboarding processes for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The position involves high-volume recruiting, strategic outreach, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet organizational growth goals. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven approach in a fully remote environment. You will contribute to creating a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s mission of delivering quality care. This role offers the opportunity to develop recruiting expertise and make a tangible difference in patient-focused operations.

Accountabilities

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for multiple roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a positive and efficient start.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting practices to meet hiring targets and quality standards.
  • 1–2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or agency recruiting, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection best practices.
  • Experience in directly engaging passive candidates or inside sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
  • Driven to achieve results, continuously improving strategies to exceed hiring targets.
