Junior Sales Representative (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of TrueML Products. We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative in the United States.

This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to gain exposure to enterprise-level deals and complex sales cycles while making a real impact on revenue growth. You will work side by side with a senior sales executive, providing support across every stage of the customer journey — from research and prospecting through proposal and close. The position emphasizes learning, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving, offering a chance to develop expertise in B2B sales within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. The Junior Sales Representative will also collaborate with multiple internal teams to accelerate opportunities and ensure seamless client experiences.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales Executive to support all phases of the sales cycle, ensuring deals move forward smoothly.
  • Prepare materials and agendas for client meetings, attend calls, take notes, and manage follow-ups.
  • Conduct research on markets and accounts, preparing tailored outreach and sales materials.
  • Assist in customizing pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators to align with client needs.
  • Monitor active opportunities, provide pipeline insights, and maintain CRM accuracy for effective forecasting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions) to gather information and accelerate responses.
  • Track competitor offerings and insights to strengthen positioning and address client objections.
  • Support process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks in the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another client-facing role (preferably SaaS or B2B).
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office, and sales engagement tools.
  • An interest in financial technology or enterprise solutions is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the enterprise sales environment.

This position offers:

  • Annual salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 USD (depending on experience and location).
