All great people teams are built on rock solid foundations - as part of the founding team in New York, we are now seeking a People Operations Manager, focusing on building out People Operations in the US and working closely with our teams as a partner to the business.
The incumbent will be responsible for executing people strategies across the full spectrum of People topics, to rapidly scale our presence and grow Lalamove in the US market.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high growth startup, working closely in a matrix organisation structure, reporting into the People team based in Hong Kong, partnering with US team management, and especially important that they are able to recruit the right people quickly to build out our capabilities.
