Senior Recruiter - Go-To-Market

Renaissance is a global leader in Pre-K–12 education technology, focused on helping educators personalize learning for students. The Senior Recruiter, Go-to-Market will scale GTM, Sales, Technical, and Business Operations teams by executing full-cycle recruiting, building talent maps, partnering with hiring managers, and representing Renaissance’s culture in a virtual-first environment.

  • LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Structured interviewing and scorecard design
  • Candidate assessment and offer negotiation
  • Stakeholder management and hiring manager coaching
  • Experience recruiting GTM, Sales, SaaS, and Business Operations roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, assessments, offer negotiation, and closing hires.
  • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and act as a brand ambassador for Renaissance.
  • Build and maintain talent market maps and apply targeted sourcing strategies for GTM, Sales, SaaS, and Business Operations roles.
  • Design and implement structured interview tools (scorecards, rubrics) to ensure consistent and equitable evaluations.
  • Share sourcing insights and best practices with the Talent Acquisition team and collaborate to improve hiring processes.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to strengthen business acumen and align recruiting strategies with business needs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • HR or recruiting certifications (PHR/SPHR, AIRS) are a plus
