Summary:

Performs various actions, tasks, and business processes in the Human Resources system; supports the Senior HRIS Analyst with maintenance, coordination, and development of the Human Resources system; ensures data accuracy and integrity; ensures system and work flows support the needs of the organization and our customers; applies an analytical and forward-thinking mindset to optimize data integrity and workflows as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement; serves as a key partner in daily HR operations, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Starting salary is $78,333.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; or
2. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent certification and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.

NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
