Account Executive

tl;dr: We’re hiring Account Executives to help scale Keplar Voice from early traction to breakout growth. You’ll work closely with our CEO and founding team to grow revenue and land iconic customers. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone excited to bet on a career-defining opportunity at a fast-moving startup. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying AE role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling into marketing, product, or research functions.

What You’ll Do

Outreach & Engagement

  • Own the full cycle: source and manage outbound leads, and respond to inbound interest

  • Write clear, compelling outreach and engage prospects via email, calls, events, and social

Lead Generation

  • Research high-potential accounts and buyer personas

  • Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline

Discovery & Closing

  • Lead discovery, demos, and follow-ups

  • Craft proposals, ROI stories, and negotiate terms with prospects

  • Own your number—and blow past it

Sales Ops & Process Improvement

  • Help define and refine our sales playbook: CRM workflows, slide decks, demo flows, etc.

  • Run sales reviews and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a world-class customer experience

  • Provide feedback that shapes roadmap and go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience closing deals in a quota-carrying AE role (B2B SaaS)

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills

  • High energy, bias for action, and excitement to build in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience selling into marketing, product, research, or innovation teams is a plus

Compensation

This is a full-time role with competitive base salary + uncapped commission (OTE), plus meaningful early-stage equity.
