So many! The remote-first work culture and flexibility means I can work from different locations and no micro-management. The company grows so fast it opens many opportunities - I've been able to try out 4 different roles and 3 different teams so far (and still throwing my hat in for new projects!). I never get bored like I did at other companies - always new improvement projects to thought-partner on or a newly bought company to learn about. My coworkers are also the best - so many other people who like to move fast, get stuff done, and have a good time while getting work done. I always feel like my skills and what I bring to a team is appreciated, but I'm given feedback to help me grow as well. Highly recommend joining insightsoftware to all.Cons
Sometimes I think the pay is a little lower than some of my friends, but at the same time if I look at other project manager jobs online they require being in person, or traveling for work, and seem very narrow... not worth making a change.
