This executive-level role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing channel organization across the Americas. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and executing go-to-market plans with resellers, systems integrators, and cloud partners. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with partner executives, collaborating closely with internal teams, and shaping regional channel strategy to achieve measurable business impact. It is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep experience in software or security sales, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring and growing a team.

Accountabilities

As the VP, Channel Sales (AMS), you will:

  • Own quota attainment and manage deal forecasts through direct engagement with partner sales teams.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Channel Account Managers, creating and executing a regional channel vision.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical teams from partner organizations.
  • Align partner objectives with business goals, driving collaboration across marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
  • Craft and execute strategies for systems integrator partnerships, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate channel performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of channel management experience in software, security, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record working with Solution Partners, Resellers, Systems Integrators, Technology Partners, and Cloud Partners.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance channel teams.
  • Experience designing and executing in-region channel programs that drive partner growth and investment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management, project management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build consensus and achieve shared company goals.
  • Willingness to travel 20-50% across the Americas.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
