Regional Sales Manager, Strategic

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Strategic in the United States.

In this role, you will drive strategic sales efforts within a defined territory, focusing on new customer acquisition and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will develop and execute territory strategies, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value. Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services, you will advance complex deals from prospecting to close. This role is ideal for a consultative, results-driven sales professional with deep understanding of healthcare or enterprise software environments. You will have autonomy to shape your territory strategy while contributing directly to revenue growth and organizational impact.


  • Accountabilities
  • Identify, engage, and close net-new business opportunities within the strategic sales segment.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Deliver persuasive solution presentations, product demos, and ROI/value discussions to decision-makers and influencers.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, manage deal cycles, overcome objections, and maintain predictable sales performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to advance complex deals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and articulate clear differentiation of solutions.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects by understanding operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and business challenges.
  • Travel domestically as needed (approximately 30%) to meet with prospects and attend events.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex software sales with consistent overachievement, preferably in Healthcare IT or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hunting net-new accounts in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
  • Strong consultative selling, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare and technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing long and short sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both remote and onsite, including demos and executive-level presentations.
  • Professional, engaging communication style with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
