Regional Sales Manager - Motors

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Motors in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the HVAC and industrial motors sector. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with distributors and contractors. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent sales performance across the region. The position offers a dynamic, results-driven environment with significant travel and opportunities to influence strategic decisions. Ideal candidates thrive in B2B sales, channel management, and building long-term customer relationships.


  • Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen channel partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key accounts and markets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams, manufacturer representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Conduct training across the channel to ensure product knowledge and superiority.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Travel approximately 40–50% of the time to support regional sales initiatives.

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategy and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
  • Must reside in the Continental United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
