GTM Engineer (SF Developer) (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM Engineer (SF Developer) in the United States.

We are seeking a skilled GTM Engineer to design, optimize, and scale revenue systems that drive commercial growth. This role focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to enable efficient sales operations and maximize revenue impact. You will architect and maintain the Salesforce environment, integrate automation tools, and provide actionable insights to the GTM teams. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong technical aptitude, comfortable with data, automation, and AI-driven solutions. This fully remote role offers the chance to collaborate with a global team, influence GTM strategies, and contribute to innovative revenue operations workflows.

Accountabilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce and related tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit) to streamline GTM operations.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows for lead routing, enrichment, pipeline progression, and follow-ups.
  • Leverage generative AI for account research, personalized outreach, forecasting, and post-call insights.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through pipeline analysis, deal inspections, and territory/quota management.
  • Design, document, and refine sales processes to increase rep efficiency and enable scalable growth.
  • Collect, clean, and structure data pipelines for real-time dashboards, performance metrics, and predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with Enablement, RevOps, Finance, and leadership to drive continuous process improvements.

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Engineering, or RevOps within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM experience (admin or architect level) and hands-on use of platforms like Clay.
  • Familiarity with generative AI applied to GTM (prompt design, AI workflows, automated prospecting).
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and SaaS metrics (pipeline coverage, CAC payback, conversion rates).
  • Experience translating business goals into scalable systems, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Technical fluency with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) or scripting (SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
