Enterprise Account Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving meaningful software expansion and business impact. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be the primary strategic contact for your accounts, combining consultative relationship-building with proactive growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, navigate complex deal processes, and execute strategic account plans. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multi-threaded, high-value opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel is expected to build senior-level relationships and support strategic alignment. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, understanding their organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and close opportunities to expand existing accounts, including selling new modules, users, and platform solutions across departments and geographies.
  • Lead outcome-focused discussions demonstrating business impact and solution value; leverage adoption data and product trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and executives, to manage complex deal processes including procurement, legal, and security reviews.
  • Maintain strategic account plans, including stakeholder maps, whitespace opportunities, engagement strategies, and growth objectives.
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline discipline, ensuring accurate reporting, opportunity tracking, and proactive updates to leadership.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships, using in-person meetings (10–20% travel) to deepen alignment and unlock business expansion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, focused on account management and enterprise expansion.
  • Proven success expanding business within large, complex enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees).
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, and legal review.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and perform as a top-tier sales professional.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Skilled at strategic prospecting, using intent data, referrals, and cold outreach to identify new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive presence for VP and C-level engagement.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Resilient, competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for winning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
