Sales Operations Business Partner

Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company founded by former NSA operators that protects businesses of all sizes with managed, enterprise-grade security. We are seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to support Internal IT & Security (IIS) Account Executives, Sales Development, and Account Management teams by driving process improvements, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis to help scale revenue operations.

Skills

  • Sales operations processes (funnel, pipeline, forecasting)
  • CRM experience—Salesforce/SFDC and reporting
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, HEX)
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Experience with VAR/reseller and enterprise direct sales models

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to understand business needs and consolidate insights to inform strategy
  • Serve as subject matter expert on sales process, CPQ quoting, and rules of engagement
  • Lead prioritized projects: document requirements, analyze data, validate solutions, and implement changes
  • Identify process and system improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Enforce CRM hygiene and coach managers on best practices
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to enable reps and managers to run their business
  • Assess lead/meeting distribution and volume to ensure fairness and functionality across roles
  • Analyze book of business to optimize account manager alignment and coverage

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience accepted
  • Continuous learning or professional development in analytics, sales ops, or related fields encouraged
