Talent Acquisition Partner

Fundraise Up is a fast-growing global fundraising platform that helps nonprofits increase donations through a conversion-focused, accessible product. They are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Ops), serving as a hands-on recruiter and strategic advisor to hiring leaders to scale the GTM organization.

  • Experience with modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the U.S., from sourcing and pipeline strategy through offer and close.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue leaders to forecast headcount and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to evolve recruiting strategy, interview processes, and candidate experience for U.S. GTM hiring.
  • Align with People Business Partners to ensure hiring reflects org design, team needs, and engagement trends.
  • Use talent market data and recruiting metrics to inform hiring plans and decision-making.
  • Train and support hiring managers to strengthen interviewing, reduce bias, and close top talent.
  • Drive U.S.-based employer branding and support DEI initiatives in commercial hiring.
  • Contribute to cross-functional talent projects related to onboarding, strategic hiring campaigns, and GTM growth.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus
  • Professional recruiting or HR certifications are beneficial but not required
